Plan for College and Career Readiness
The PCCR program helps students plan for college and career readiness. We meet with students in their classes each year to go over key points as a group. Here is a basic schedule overview:
Freshmen during Grizz Academy/Geography classes in October
Sophomores during English classes in December
Juniors during US History classes in January and February
Seniors during English classes in September
We follow up on those group conversations with individual appointments to go over the specific goals and needs of the individual students. We try to include parents, especially during the critical Sophomore and Junior individual appointments. Students and parents can request an appointment with their counselor at any time to go over their unique goals, progress, programs, and questions.
