Welcome & Call to Order

Review and approval of September 2024 minutes:
- Motion to approve: Jim Woolley, seconded by Renee Nolan
Review Training:
- Amy Kleiner reviewed the comments/questions from the State Community Council training video
Review Data:
- Principal Guymon reviewed the data from Summer School 2024. He explained summer school is a valuable support to assist students in learning and earning the necessary credits required for graduation. 60 credits were earned during summer school.
Questions/Concerns from Council Members:
- Why does LCSD require 27 credits to graduate when the state’s requirement is 24 and CCSD has a requirement of 26? Principal Guymon stated this can be something for a future agenda item.
- Principal Guymon is going to bring data on the projected graduation rate for each grade
- Principal Guymon reviewed the process for UHSAA reclassification for the 2025-2027 school years. The first draft will be released November 19th, official classification results posted Dec 4th
- Principal Guymon to bring updated budget to each meeting
