JANUARY 14, 2026

Attendees: Debbie Brough, Melissa Dahle, Richard Davidson, Peter Duran, Karlee Fryer, Adrienne Hall, Adam Harrison, Jensyn Jacobson, Amy Kleiner, Cassie Lavender, Prafulla Martin-Garg, James Mather, Renee Nolan, Chris Rasmussen, Christian Redd, Justin Winchell, Aaron Zilles, Stephanie Olsen

Welcome & Call to Order: Karlee Fryer
Review and approval of December 2025 minutes: Motion to approve Renee Nolan, seconded by Justin Winchell
Presentation: Juan Caballero Prieto presented data on Saturday School and After School Center. The number of days this year has been increased, with on average, between 20-40 students attending, with that number going up at the end of each term. The question of whether or not to provide pizza was raised, counsel members were divided on the subject.
Review: Principal Mather reviewed the Y2025-26 SIP, with updated amounts from Saturday School, After School Center and the IT Tech position
Discussion: SIP goal for the Y2026-2027 school year was discussed, graduation rate was once again suggested, with stipulations that attendance and test scores be a consideration
Questions/Concerns from Council Members: A council member asked if the ACT Prep classes can be used for credit restoration, and if a Math Lab can be added to Saturday School. Principal Mather will look into both questions and report back
