Welcome & Call to Order: Amy Kleiner
Review and approval of October 2025 minutes: Motion to approve Aaron Zilles, seconded by Richard Davidson
Counseling Office Change: Amy Anderson has been tasked with transitioning her counseling load to a new position called “Student Support”. She is working with students facing academic, emotional and mental challenges. She is working closely with Dean Of Students Larry Comadena and James Ramirez, helping mainly seniors get on track to graduate, and offering crisis intervention. Her caseload is currently around 80 students.
Updates: Principal Mather informed the council last year’s graduation rate was 92%. He updated the council that the IT Technical position being funded has been filled. He also explained the Standard Response Protocols for emergencies.
Questions/Concerns from Council Members: A council member asked if the Rec Center is open to students- no, they have to have adult supervision.
